My name is Russ Lefebvre and I've lived in the West County area for over 10 years now. My family and I love it here in St. Louis. We specifically picked this area because of the schools, the big city options with the mid-west honesty and family values. Oh, and the seasons! We lived in Hawaii for 10 years where it was always 80 degrees with maka showers.

I love working with For Sale By Owners (FSBOs). (Pronounced FizBos.) I think that anyone can try to sell their home if they have the time to put in the effort and the expense of advertising but sometimes they realize that in the long run it is cheaper to use us.

You also usually get more for your house as our marketing targets all levels of buyers.

Why you should use the Lefebvre Group

Most people who preview FSBO properties are not even qualified to buy the house.
They are people who may be looking at places they wish they could move in to.
Most of those buyers also are expecting a big discount in the sale price because they know you are saving on commissions.
You also need lawyers to do the contracts, you have lead disclosure, Laclede Gas inspection, city and county inspections, etc. that you must arrange.
Then you have to wait to see if the buyer is even qualified to buy your house.
And if not you have wasted weeks of time and must start over.
Real Estate paperwork can be difficult to do on your own.
